Nicola is a Senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in both public and private sector organisations.

Nicola runs her own human resources practice but also provides contracted services to Lane Neave clients to assist them to meet the full spectrum of needs that arise in the course of an employment relationship.

She brings a high quality, practical and ‘right size’ approach to solving people problems and is particularly skilled at quickly understanding a situation and identifying solutions that work for the business as well as the employees.
