Nicola is a Senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in both public and private sector organisations.

Nicola runs her own human resources practice but also provides contracted services to Bell & Co clients to assist them to meet the full spectrum of needs that arise in the course of an employment relationship.

She brings a high quality, practical and ‘right size’ approach to solving people problems and is particularly skilled at quickly understanding a situation and identifying solutions that work for the business as well as the employees.
